Calcium fluoratum

'Calcium fluoratum is one of the '12 tissue salts' or popularly known as 'Biochemic remedies' discovered by Schussler. The compound Calcium fluor is made up of two elements that is calcium and fluorine, it is prepared homoeopathically by purifying the elements and trituration process.

'Calcium fluor is also commonly known as 'Bone salt' as it forms the major constituent of the bones and teeth, also present in the upper layer of skin that is epidermis and in all the connective tissues of the body. Thereby the conditions associated with these organs and tissues are very well treated with administration of Calcium fluor. It is mostly used in 6x power while 3x and 12x power are also available

Bones and teeth:

' Calcium fluor is the main constituent of the bones and teeth enamel, it is used in various conditions involving weakness, deformities and fractures in case of bones. It maintains the health of bones and teeth keeping them strong and hard

Skin:

' Calcium fluor is one the important component forming the uppermost layer that is 'epidermis' of the skin. Epidermis protects the deeper layers of skin and also keeps the microbes away from the body thereby preventing the body from various infections. When the skin is healthy the chances of infection are scarce.

Connective tissues:

' Calcium fluor forms an integral part of the connective tissues, as the name suggests these tissues connect various organs and parts of the body and make the locomotion possible. The bones are a good example of connective tissue and the joints which are formed by the union of two or more bones are very important in holding the body in a shape and making the body movements possible.
