By mere use of the Android application, you expressly agree to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy shall form an integral part of the Terms of Use as defined in the Android application and shall be read along with the Terms. Access to Information

You can download our Android application and you have to create a personal account to login to view the details and information we have provided.

What information can we collect from you?

By downloading and using this application, you agree and, where required, consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information as set out in this policy. We collect the following information to create an account:

• Full Name


• Contact Number


• User Type


• Email Address


• Residential Address


• Picture


• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Token — a unique identifier assigned to your app installation by Google Firebase, used to deliver push notifications and in-app messages to your device.

How can we use your information?

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than required for the purpose to sign up. We will keep your information for as long as relevant for the purposes for which it was collected. We will only use your information where it is necessary and will only collect information if it is relevant to our dealings with you. Wherever it is possible, we will indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional.

Push Notifications and In-App Messaging

We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you push notifications and in-app messages. To do this, we collect and store a unique FCM token generated for your app installation. This token allows us to deliver notifications relevant to your account and our services.

The FCM token is shared with Google Firebase solely for the purpose of delivering these messages. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's settings, and you may uninstall the application to stop all notification-related data collection.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party service providers, such as Google Firebase, to help us operate the application and deliver our services (including push notifications and in-app messaging). These service providers only process your information on our behalf and for the specific purposes described in this policy. They are not permitted to use your personal information for their own purposes.

How is your information treated with third party users?

A “cookie” is a small piece of information stored by a web-server on a web browser so that it can be later read back from that browser. Cookies are useful for enabling the browser to remember information specific to a given user. Cookie technology will only be used to track non-personal information such as IP address, type of browser, operating system, and domain names to improve our application. Any personal information is not extracted in this process.

When you place orders it is through a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. This makes it unreadable as it travels across the Internet.

You may encounter “cookies” or other similar devices on certain pages of the application that are placed by third parties. We do not control the use of cookies by third parties. We do not rent, sell or share your personal information and we will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information to third parties unless:

• We have your permission;


• To deliver products or services you've requested;


• To help investigate, prevent or take action regarding unlawful and illegal activities, suspected fraud, potential threat to the safety or security of any person;


• Special circumstances such as compliance with subpoenas, court orders, requests/orders, notices from legal authorities or law enforcement agencies requiring such disclosure.

Confidentiality of Information

Your email IDs are not sold, rented, bartered, leased, loaned or hired to third parties. We will endeavor to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information. Transactions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. By using this application, you agree that we will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically, the account information we collect (full name, contact number, user type, email address, residential address, picture, and FCM token) is stored for the duration that you maintain an active account with us.

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. To request deletion, you can:

• Send an email to sales@kamal.pk with the subject line “Account Deletion Request,” using the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and all associated personal information within 30 days of receiving your request.

Once your deletion request is processed, all personal data described in this policy will be permanently removed from our active systems. We may retain certain limited information only where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, after which it will also be deleted. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.

If you wish to stop all data collection without deleting your account, you may uninstall the application at any time.

Representation & Warranty

You hereby represent and warrant to the Application that:

• All information derived or provided by you is true and correct;


• All information given does not belong to any third party unless authorised by such party.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Application and the Officials, Agents and any Third Party who relied or acted on the information provided by you which is in breach of this policy. Further, the Application shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of the information provided by you.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change or update this policy at any time by placing a prominent notice on our application. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to this application.
