Postcholecystectomy syndrome (PCS) is a complex of symptoms from gastrointestinal tract that could develop and maintain after cholecystectomy. PCS usually consists of: abdominal pain or colic, dyspepsia, constipation or diarrhoea, nausea, bloating, fatty food intolerance.
